Holiday Vendors

Important Details

The 2021 Easton Holiday Festival will be held on Saturday, December 4 from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Held at the historic Oakes Ames Hall, The Holiday Festival will once again draw hundreds of holiday shoppers who have come to love the Craft Fair.

Vendors

​

The Holiday Festival seeks vendors who create handmade crafts, homemade goods, and other products that would make great holiday gifts.

​

This year, the Craft Fair will be limited to 23 vendors. As a result, the application process will be juried to ensure quality products in a variety of categories.

​

Logistics

​

  • Location:  All vendors will be on the first floor of Oakes Ames Hall.

 

  • Cost: Rental spaces are $75 and include one six-foot table and a chair or $125 for two six-foot tables and two chairs.

 

  • Time: Vendor check-in will be at 7:30am on Saturday, December 4. Craft fair runs from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

 

  • Application: All vendors must complete the online application below, detailing their products and any requirements for their display.

 

  • Applications will be reviewed by the Easton Holiday Festival committee, and vendors will be notified via email by November 5.
